  1. Sometimes, it isn’t so easy to just ‘let go’. We lack the courage to do so….even when our intent is right. I suggest you use the tips of your fingers to tap on your higher heart chakra (halfway between your heart chakra and your throat area); and speak of your fears, worries and responsibilities….this works. Keep tapping for a few minutes and you will find yourself able to breathe easier, and you will have more clarity and peace within. Tap on your pain, and it will lessen.
